West Virginia Employer Assembler in Bridgeport, West Virginia

Job Summary: This position will typically start on 1st shift for training. Shift may change once training is complete. Responsibilities would be in one or more of the following areas: sub-assembly, balancing, main assembly and packing of engines in the repair and overhaul area.Key Responsibilities: Work from manuals, service bulletins and other technical instructions. Use various hand tools, precision measuring equipment, special tooling and gauges. Coordinate parts, consumables and non-product material movements. Function as an Assembly tech to ensure standard work and standard methodologies are accomplished while assuring daily targets are met. Be fully engaged to support all Continuous Improvement, Quality, EH&S, and overall Operations initiatives and policies to meet company goals. Perform other related duties as assigned and refer team challenges to Supervisor. Basic Qualifications: Must possess Powerplant License or obtain Powerplant license within 90 days of offer acceptance. High school diploma or GED equivalent U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
