Caring Transitions Team in Bremerton, Washington
Starting pay: $17.00/hour. Increase after 60 working days, depending on performance.
Hours: Part-time to full time
Job Description:
We are a family-owned and operated company seeking team members in the Bremerton, WA area who love to help others. We specialize in downsizing, estate sales, relocation services, and online auctions. Great for retirees, students, military and stay-at-home parents looking for part-time work.
Team Members are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while working closely with management and other team members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This includes packing housewares and delicate items for our relocating clients and unpacking and setting up the new home for our senior clients. We conduct online auctions, which require attention to detail. The position has direct interactions with clients and members of the public at large. Most important is your interaction with the team in producing a project that meets the expectations of our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Positive & Compassionate Attitude
Provides exceptional customer service, greets clients and their families with a smile, and responds appropriately to customer issues
Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
Safely pack/unpack and stage/resettle client household items
Lifting of boxes/decor and some furniture within the home
Light cleaning (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming)
Staging & preparing homes for sale
Take photos/organize for online auction set-up, host pickups for auction ending
Communicates in a positive manner with clients, peers, and managers
Show compassion and patience to our senior clients who are downsizing

Qualifications & Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong Organizational Skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Professional attitude and demeanor
Ability to lift 30 pounds and move items as needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Smartphone for scheduling, time-keeping, project management apps, finding locations, and texting
Physical/Environmental Requirements:
Frequent walking, standing and/or lifting
Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and work for long periods of time
Willing to work in dirty and/or cluttered environments
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
