Job Duties Assist the team in receiving proposals in client's application management system Maintain files and records with effective filing systems Verify all application requirements are met Complete data entry in a variety of spreadsheets Other administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications Experience in customer service will be considered a plus Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask Additional Information Candidates must be comfortable working full time with a minimum of 40 - 45 hours per week.
