Responsibilities

As Charge, will manage, supervise, and coordinate the care of residents throughout the nursing home on the PM shift (10am to 6:30pm). Will facilitate the educational needs of all Long Term Care staff. Responsible for the implementation of educational needs and orientation of new nursing staff. Serves as a liaison with acute care in providing additional educational opportunities and cross training when applicable.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse Degree from a recognized college or university

MN RN License

Pay Range

$29.16 - $42.28 /hour
