Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Inspector experienced in a fast-paced environment and skilled in small part inspection for rubber and silicone parts. The role involves rigorous inspection and testing at all manufacturing stages to ensure customer requirements are met. The Quality Inspector will record and report defects and ensure they are corrected before delivery. This role requires a committed individual who can adapt to various roles within the Quality function and ensure compliance with AS 9100 standards.

Hard Skills

  • Experience with GD&T

  • Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers

  • Ability to perform tests from first article to final inspection on materials and parts

  • Knowledge in maintaining updated specification, standard, and quality systems documents

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent reporting skills

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Adaptability to changing roles within the Quality function

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Brea, California.

Work Environment

Aerospace Manufacturing environment with exposure to machine noises and fumes. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, 1st shift starting at 6 or 7 am until 2:30 pm or 3:30 pm, with occasional after-shift hours.
