Minimum Requirements:
· Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent)
· Ability to follow oral and written directions
· Ability to establish effective working relationships with school district staff while also positivity relate to students, parents, and community.

Responsibilities:
· Role reports to the Assigned School District Administrator who has ultimate responsibility for designing and implementing clerical services, along with providing day-to-day and all job-specific instruction
· Organize and maintain an efficient and effective office that handles a variety of tasks for the administration, faculty, students, and parents of the school.
· Perform secretarial and clerical tasks of a varied nature.
· Assist in creating and maintaining a clean, attractive, orderly, safe, and efficient office environment.
