The Assistant Director, CRM Enrollment Solutions will provide technical expertise to support the continuous development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Slate processes across all functional areas. This position works as an integral part of undergraduate, graduate admissions and will collaborate with Academic Program Marketing, University Marketing & Communications, and academic programs within Western Kentucky University. This position reports to the Director, Academic Program Marketing and is responsible for coordinating with academic units to support efforts to increase enrollment.

The following duties are customary for this position but are not to be construed as all-inclusive. Duties may be added, deleted, and assigned based on management discretion and institution needs.

  • Provide technical expertise to support the continuous development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Slate processes across all functional areas.

  • Manage project documentation including change requests and problem resolutions. Communicate new functionality to stakeholders when warranted. Provide support and training to users.

  • Builds, tests, and maintains forms, event templates, portals, applications, workflows, essential data elements, and system/feature updates throughout the year and during annual cycle prep process. Assist in the development of queries, reports, portals, and dashboards, which will facilitate easier and more accurate reporting for internal and external customers related to assessment, rankings, and other analytics.

  • Assists in assessing and analyzing performance of the system and identify opportunities to further leverage the use of Slate CRM technology to meet institutional goals. Follow and maintain policies and procedures for consistent methods for querying data and ensuring the highest performance on all databases.

  • Perform data entry and cleanup as part of the deduping process through Consolidate Records in the CRM environment. Analyze reporting requirements; design, develop, code, test and maintain user reports, dashboards, and corresponding queries.

  • Supports ongoing project management for the university's CRM and associated systems, by monitoring system integrity and quality control, managing or supporting the execution of printed and electronic communication campaigns, and assist in the management of secure roles, permissions, and workspaces.

  • Collaborate with ITS, Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate School, and other academic units to ensure the cleanliness of student data. Ensure resolution of any data errors, warnings, or questions. Must be detail-oriented, and appropriately handle confidential data and information.

  • Troubleshoot and enhance CRM daily communication procedures, workflows, and data integrity.

    Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of two years of experience in an enrollment CRM position

  • Experience managing student data and leveraging to build reports

  • Effective problem solving and project management skills

  • Knowledge of enrollment practices, processes, and procedures

    Additional Information:

Salary: $60,000
