Description

Partnering with a company in Boulder, CO seeking a Property Manager to oversee 20+ properties across multiple states. The Property Manager will be responsible for liaising with customers, overseeing tax credits/vouchers, managing HOAs and other housing associate programs.

Requirements

The ideal Property Manager comes with...

• 5+ years of property management experience

• RealPage (or similar software) expertise

• Experience with HOAs, HUD, etc.
