Job Title: Material Handler II

Pay: $20+ (Based on Experience)

Location: Bothell, WA

Shift: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, (Monday-Friday), Overtime possible

Job Description:

As a Material Handler II , your primary responsibility will be managing inventory & supporting production by providing essential parts & materials to Manufacturing, Applications, & Engineering personnel. You will work closely with various teams to locate parts & materials, kit work orders promptly, build products for customer shipment, & meet production targets. Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels, alerting your supervisor & buyer of part shortages or low stock that requires replenishment. You'll also assist with receiving incoming shipments against purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Kit work orders for Manufacturing as per priorities set by the Supervisor or Operations Manager to meet product shipment deadlines

  • Report part shortages & low stock levels for timely ordering & replenishment

  • Manage inventory through routine cycle counts

  • Receive incoming deliveries against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy

  • Assist with packing & labeling according to SOPs & work instructions

  • Apply Practical Process Improvement (PPI) principles to continuously drive improvement

  • Maintain good housekeeping, keeping inventory neat, clean, & orderly

  • Stand & move about the warehouse for extended periods (involving walking, stooping, bending, & reaching)

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an inventory control environment

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills

  • Good organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Skills & Abilities:

  • Critical thinking skills

  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy & attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently & solve problems

  • Capable of lifting, carrying, pulling, & pushing up to 20-60 pounds frequently

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to communicate openly in a team setting
