Boston University PROGRAM COORDINATOR, AUX Office of Housing in BOSTON, Massachusetts

Provide general office, clerical, and onsite support for the mailroom and campus security operations within the Residential Safety department. Recruit, hire, schedule, and process payroll for student mailroom employees. Process payroll and assign open and overtime shifts, using established tools for full and part time security assistants. Process letter mail and package distribution onsite in campus mailrooms as needed. Field a high volume of phone calls and email inquiries from students, parents, and other University departments and provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills

Associate's/Vocational Degree Required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred, 1-3 years' experience, strong writing, communication and organization skills.
