About the role

The purpose of this position is to provide CAD CAFM Support. Keeps client drawings up to date and implements edits and revisions. Works with project teams to load new files to the clients systems.

This position is located onsite at a Pharmaceutical facility in Cambridge and might have some flexibility to work remotely from time to time.

What you’ll do

  • Prepares and keeps space drawings up to date.

  • Conducts surveys of space and is the lead in the site inspection program, performing inspections and generating reports. Prepares Space reports.

  • Helps to maintain CAFM Database with building infrastructure including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing.

  • Crafts stacking and blocking plans, space plans.

  • No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

What you’ll need

Associate's Degree (AA/AS), Diploma in Architectural Technology or AutoCAD or equivalent preferred. Prior related experience preferred.

Meridian experience is a plus.

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.

Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.

Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.

Intermediate skills with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of project databases. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
