ASM Global Director of Partnerships & Premium Seating in Bossier City, Louisiana
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Essential job tasks include the following: other duties may be assigned:
Establish and deliver on sales goals to increase and improve the facility’s profitability and net revenues.
Develop and execute sales plans and programs, both short and long term, to ensure the growth and expansion of revenues.
Research, analyze and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors to ensure that opportunities within the market are maximized.
Develop & recommend pricing strategies for the facility which shall result in the profitable growth of Partnerships and Premium Seating.
Completes reports on current and forecasted sales revenue, new business, and sales leads.
Utilize the Company’s preferred CRM platform to determine best contacts, strategies and solutions for prospective partners and premium seating clients.
Conduct market and industry analysis to devise strategies for new business.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships with prospective clients to ensure a high level of customer and client satisfaction.
Explores new avenues of revenue(s) for the facility.
Prepare Sales Presentations for prospective clients
Negotiates contracts and agreements with potential clients.
Remains current on national trends in the industry & local market changes to best serve the facility.
Manages all aspects of facility sponsorships.
Assist General Manager with Crisis Management issues & concerns.
Acts as Director on Duty as needed for events.
Performs other duties as assigned by General Manager.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises Managers, Assistants or Coordinators in the Sales Department. The Director of Partnerships & Premium Seating carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with ASM Global policies and applicable laws.

Education and Experience
Ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration along with 5+ years industry experience in a senior management function of a Theater/Performing Arts Center, Arena, Convention Center or stadium, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and organizational ability
Strong orientation towards hospitality/customer service for the meeting and convention industry
Ability to effectively supervise and motivate staff.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
Innovative mindset and ability to think outside the box to bring new ideas to the table.
Demonstrates high level of energy and self-motivation to work efficiently and effectively.
Follows oral and written instructions and communicates effectively with others in both oral and written form.
Demonstrates knowledge and experience in the principles, practices, and terminology of sales (sales, sales presentations, and public speaking)
Ability to speak comfortably in public and respond in a professional and diplomatic manner during crisis and/or sympathetic situations.
Ability to prioritize work and perform effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
Maintains an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons, and others encountered in the course of employment.
Work independently, exercising good judgment and initiative.
Operate a personal computer using Windows, Word, Excel, and other standard office equipment.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have working knowledge of spreadsheet software and work processing software and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
Other Qualifications
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to interact with all levels of staff, including management.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to regular business hours.
Ability to travel required.
This position will require the applicant to pass a background check.
