SUMMARY: Title and responsibilities will be determined in a progressive manner based on skill and expertise within the same job group. Supervises and coordinates all activities associated with verifying and keeping records on incoming material receipts. Embraces and executes the Company Core Values. Actively supports the Company’s vision and goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assisting in off-loading incoming materials (UPS, FedEx, Yellow Freight, etc.)

• Record keeping (entering receipts, dock to stock transactions, work orders etc.)

• Customer Service (internal and external)

• Transfer of materials to either QC or inventory

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: One-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with vendors, customers or employees of an organization.
