By utilizing innovative Mental Health Services, Systems, Teamwork, Integrity, and Community Advocacy to become the MOST sought-after mental health service organization in the country.\ We need more motivated and energetic persons to join our staff of caring professionals and paraprofessionals in providing direct community-based services to individuals in need of behavioral health and mental health support in the Boise, Nampa, Caldwell and Mtn Home areas.\ Successful candidates MUST have at least a BACHELORS degree, preferably in a human service-related field, and some work experience in a social service setting.\ The position is flexible. Pay is based upon billable hours and full-time status is achieved at 30 hours, Starting pay is 21.00+(DOE) with up to 5 free hours each week depending on how many clients were seen. The work for this position is completed within the community with clients and will involve traveling to meet with them as well as transporting clients in the employees personal vehicle.\ Duties will include:\ Completing functional assessments in accordance with agency policy\ Writing notes daily\ Working with persons with mental illness to improve their skills in managing their illness and its impact on their lives\ Helping clients learn and practice skills\ Ensuring clients have all services to meet their needs\ Coordinating clients care with their other providers\ Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings\ Completing and writing client centered service plans and regular reviews in accordance with agency policy\ Attending weekly supervision and staff meetings\ Supporting clients in medical and other appointments\ Connecting clients to community resources to satisfy unmet needs\ Benefits include:\ Starting wage of \$21.00 + up to 5 free hours each week.\ 40 hrs. of PTO after first 6 months\ 40 hrs. of Sick Pay after the first 6 months.\ Paid Holidays.\ 401K after first 6 months\ Dave Ramsey full financial program/coaching\ \$200.00 CEU Reimbursement\ - Internship opportunities\ - Growth opportunities.\ - EAP Programs\ - Financial Wellness Programs
