Express Employment is seeking a bookkeeper for a cabinet builder!\ \ Job duties include:\ - Utilizing QuickBooks to enter in and pay accounts payable\ - Entering and reconciling credit card charges\ - Assisting with bank reconciliation\ - Writing checks\ - Making deposits\ - Helping with accounts receivable as needed\ - Paying vendors and booking payments, including equipment and vehicle lease payments\ - Processing interest statements\ - Managing cash\ - Entering and approving payroll\ - Tracking PTO\ - Communicating with payroll company\ - Invoicing partner companies for payroll and other reimbursements needed, including mileage reimbursements\ - Communicating with the holding company regarding payments and current cash\ - Communicating with Accountant as needed for journal entries, other entries, and reconciliations\ - Checking the mail daily\ - Completing employment verifications\ - Completing 13-week financial forecasting, including pulling financial reports, transferring data into Excel, and updating forecast expenses and receipts\ - Assisting with administrative duties as needed\ \ \ \ Experience Required:\ - Experience utilizing QuickBooks\ - Experience with bookkeeping and accounting\ - Proficiency with Excel\ \ \ \ Other Details:\ Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm\ Pay rate is \$18-25/hr.
