Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a PC Technician in the IT Services industry. The position is located in Boca Raton, Florida, and entails a focus on Dell systems, with a particular emphasis on installation, de-installation, and overall hardware support.

Responsibilities:

• De-install and install Dell "All In One" systems, ensuring smooth transition and minimal downtime for users.

• Conduct thorough and regular reviews of Dell DMS Softskills information to maintain an up-to-date understanding of the systems.

• Maintain a high level of expertise in Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Microsoft, Networking, and Operating Systems.

• Utilize skills in Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, and Deskside Support in daily tasks.

• Ensure all tasks are executed in compliance with the industry standards and company procedures.

• Resolve technical issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Provide technical support for software and hardware issues to other team members and clients.

• Maintain an accurate record of all installations, de-installations, and system updates.

• Conduct regular system checks to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Communicate effectively with the team and clients to ensure all technical needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. Requirements • Proficiency in Dell Technologies is essential for this role

• Experience with EO/IR systems is required

• Must have a strong understanding of Microsoft products and services

• Networking skills are essential to this role

• Familiarity with various Operating Systems is necessary

• Must have knowledge of Active Directory

• Experience in handling Computer Hardware is required

• Must be proficient in Configuration Management

• Experience in Deployments is necessary

• Must have experience providing Deskside Support Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
