Montgomery County Community College Part-time Enrollment Coach for Career and Technical Education (Temporary, Grant-Funded) in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania

Montgomery County Community College invites applications for the Part-time Enrollment Coach for Career and Technical Education positions. The part-time Enrollment Coach for Career and Technical Education is responsible for building relationships with prospective students who are currently enrolled or were previously enrolled.  In addition, this position will conduct recruitment outreach to high schools and technical education centers, must have an understanding of the customer relationship management (CRM) tolols to monitor progress, meet pre-determined enrollment goals, and is expected to conduct college tours, campus presentations, and off-campus events.

This position is contingent upon grant-funding with an expected end date of June 30, 2024 (with the possibility of extension).

*This position has college-wide responsibilities and requires travel between all campuses and off-site locations.  The primary office location is the Blue Bell campus.

*Some evenings and weekends required as needed, especially during peak times of the year.*

*This position requires the PA Child Abuse, PA State Police, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances for prior to the first day of employment.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree (or higher).
  • Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management tools (CRM) and database software use.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed individual goals and positively contribute to overall team goals.
  • Career and technical education experience or experience with the Carl D. Perkins grant.
  • Customer service and sales or marketing experience.
  • Previous experience working in student services in a higher education environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work days, evening and weekends schedule.
  • Ability to travel to off-campus sites.
  • Must keep daily logs for all activities performed and have them available for on-site reviewers.
