Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Science or related field plus 7 years of experience in related occupations or alternatively, requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Science or related field plus 5 years of experience in related occupations. Requires 5 years of experience with progressive software development with Microsoft .NET / C#, MVC, SQL Server, and Visual Studio. Requires 5 years of experience in SQL (database design, advanced query writing, creating stored procedures and views, etc.).  Requires 5 years of experience with presentation layer technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery.Requires 5 years of experience with professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including coding standards, codereviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations.Requires 3 years of experience using TortoiseSVN. Requires 2 years of experience using Microsoft's Azure DevOps (formerly known as TFS and VSTS). Experience with AGILE (SCRUM) software development methodology.
