Job Title: Assembly Technician

Job Description

We are seeking skillful Assembly Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with using pneumatic and hydraulic tools to assemble concrete patching equipment. This involves reading blueprints and taking precise measurements to fit, bolt, and wire concrete machines. The role is ideally suited for individuals with experience in carpentry or industrial/car mechanics due to the level of math and mechanical abilities required. We currently have two positions open in our Final Assembly area. The pay range for these contract-to-hire positions is $20-$23/hr, based on experience.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Blair, Nebraska.

Work Environment

We operate under two shifts. The 1st shift runs from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. This includes four 10-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift with mandatory 8 hours of overtime on Fridays. There is also optional overtime each Saturday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The 2nd shift runs from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with 8 hours of overtime included in Thursday’s shift. Optional overtime is also available each Saturday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
