Aerotek Installation Manager in Bismarck, North Dakota

Job Title: Installation Manager

Job Description

As an Installation Install Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive profitable revenue by positively leading and managing the install teams, processes, and procedures. You will report directly to the Branch Manager. Your role will include hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary action for the field installation team. You will coordinate scheduling and dispatching for the installation team and deliver coordinated projects for efficient execution. You will also be responsible for maintaining an exceptional customer experience by working with different teams, customers, and vendors. Your role will also involve organizing morning meetings, trainings, and certifications for field employees and collaborating with other branches to promote smooth operations and effective communication within the Install department.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• College degree and 2+ years of relative managerial experience

• Or 5+ years of relative managerial experience

• Intermediate level - Microsoft Office 365

• Strong Field Service Management Software Skills

• Strong computer and phone skills, such as installing and updating software applications

Requirements

• Regularly required to stand, sit, walk, reach and handle, talk and listen.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds

• Valid state driver’s license
