Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Production Email Designer (HubSpot Experience) for one of our local clients in Charlotte, NC!

This position is 100% remote.

Job Overview:

As a Production Email Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing, responsive, and brand-consistent email campaigns using HubSpot. While coding experience is not required, you should have a strong eye for design, an understanding of email best practices, and experience using HubSpot’s email tools to build, test, and deploy campaigns. You will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that each email campaign is effectively optimized for both engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build engaging, visually compelling email campaigns using HubSpot’s email tools and templates.

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate campaign concepts into email designs that align with brand guidelines.

• Customize email templates, ensuring they are optimized for mobile and desktop responsiveness.

• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, layouts, and other elements to improve email performance.

• Assist in maintaining email lists, segmenting audiences, and ensuring proper tracking and reporting through HubSpot.

• Review email campaign performance and provide suggestions for improvement.

• Ensure all emails comply with industry standards, including CAN-SPAM regulations.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet project deadlines and deliver campaigns on time.
