About the Role:

As a CBRE Marketing Manager, you will deliver innovative and strategic marketing solutions for the client’s shopping center asset, Two Rodeo Drive!

What you'll do:

  • Manage and oversee Two Rodeos marketing and advertising campaign, incorporating strategic objectives and a luxury aesthetic into campaign design. Craft content to support campaign creation that is relevant and targeted to specific audiences.

  • Work with graphic designers to direct the creative process for artwork relate to various advertising and promotional use in publication advertisements, on-site signage, email blasts, social media, direct mail, website banner ads and more.

  • Oversee tenant on-site advertising program including tracking revenue, approving ad creative, coordinating vendor printing and on-site installation/removal.

  • Manage Two Rodeo’s filming program including vetting filming requests, creating new relationships with key production stake holders, negotiating filming fees, creating filming license agreements, securing certificates of insurance and supervising on-site filming.

  • Work with website agency to update fresh content that is optimized for SEO and improve customer experience throughout all landing pages and digital properties. Rebuild site as design trends evolve to meet user functionality needs and ease of use.

  • Supervise search engine marketing and search engine optimization efforts to increase website foot traffic.

  • Oversee and manage social media agency to ensure the successful growth of Two Rodeo’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter).

  • Assess and vet emerging tools and technological solutions that provide opportunities to increase visibility for Two Rodeo.

  • Plan, coordinate and implement in-store and on-property events for tenants and outside event companies.

  • Direct security, cleaning, engineering and valet vendors to assist in the execution of property events, promotions and campaigns.

  • Work directly with outside legal counsel for review of change requests to filming, hold harmless and special event agreements.

  • Actively partner with the Rodeo Drive Committee, Beverly Hills Conference & Visitors Bureau and city staff to leverage opportunities that drive branding efforts, awareness and foot traffic to both the City of Beverly Hills and Two Rodeo.

  • Participate in monthly Rodeo Drive meetings and city marketing meetings.

  • Plan and implement strategic and creative programs, initiatives, activations and events that will drive brand awareness and increase foot traffic.

  • Communicate with tenants and their corporate offices regarding Two Rodeo events, filming, promotions, opportunities, initiatives, etc. Update regularly Two Rodeo’s filming brochure and event promotional deck.

  • Work with city Special Events/Filming teams and the Fire Department to secure public assembly permits and fire code permits for events.

  • Work with Director of Two Rodeo to handle holiday decor vendor, creative process and install and teardown.

  • Contact tenants to send documentation for lease required advertisements.

  • Seek sponsorship opportunities that generate additional revenue for its client that are on brand and appropriate for its luxury shoppers and tenants.

  • Collaborate with tenants on a regular basis, setting meetings to discuss marketing opportunities one-on-one and on a quarterly basis for merchant meetings.

  • Communicate with tenants and their corporate offices on a monthly basis to collect sales figures and comments to populate the sales productivity report.

  • On a monthly basis, complete marketing report, sales productivity report and portions of the executive summary and property summary for monthly reporting to client. Provide a health ratio report to client quarterly.

  • Prepare and oversee the annual marketing plan and marketing budget. Reconcile the marketing budget on a monthly basis>> to ensure dollars are spent or allocated for future use. Attend monthly CBRE Corporate Marketing/Property Management meetings and provide quarterly marketing reports to the CBRE National Consumer Marketing Team.

  • Work with a professional photographer to provide holiday and non-holiday property photos for use in advertising and on-site signage.

What you’ll need

7+ years of marketing experience required. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required. Real-estate experience a plus. Agency management experience a plus.

Excellent writing skills required. Data analysis and insights experience required. Microsoft office experience preferred. Photoshop experience a plus.

Comfortable presenting information in front of large groups of people. Strong attention to detail and advanced organization skills.

Self-starter mind-set that works well in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

High comfort level with technology and various digital marketing channels. Social Media expertise required. Ability to deliver content, project deliverables, and marketing collateral under tight deadlines.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000+.

*California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range for the Marketing Manager position is $85,000 - $93,000+. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
