Job Details Our Admin Discharge RN will: Assess, monitor, administer medication, document progress, and overall management of care for the patients in the department. Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, Registered Nurses (RNs), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction. Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones through safety intervention, emotional support, and education. Qualifications: Experience in Acute Care Med/Surg, Telemetry required. Cardiac monitor experience required. Associates in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Licensed and currently registered as a professional nurse in New York State. BLS required for all RN’s. ACLS required for PACU, ED, S Unit, and all critical care areas. PALS required for ED and PACU. Salary Range USD $52.59 - USD $61.05 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
