PAC Worldwide Corp Maintenance Clerk in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

Reference #: 3811 Description Provides services to maintenance department by implementing administrative systems, procedures, ordering of parts and materials, and monitoring administrative projects for Maintenance Department.

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions or efficiency's; and developing reporting procedures. Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing maintenance practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements, implementing changes. Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions. Provides information by answering questions and requests. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed parts and supplies; placing and expediting orders for parts and supplies; verifying receipt of parts and supplies. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects, expediting work results. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Communication - Maintains clear and effective communication with Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Leads, maintenance employees, and other departments within the company. Additional duties - Additional responsibilities will be assigned to this position on an as needed basis. Supervisory Responsibilities: No Qualifications: General: Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative position. Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Time Management, Inventory Control, Verbal Communication Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required Language Skills: Must be capable of speaking, reading and writing English with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Mathematical Skills: Must be capable of performing basic math functions. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply basic problem-solving techniques. Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic software systems, Visual is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Not applicable Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
