Position Purpose Provide ethical, professional, and friendly service to members, aligning with Central Willamette\'s Sales Culture. Act as a personal consultant to anticipate and meet members\' financial needs using our products and services. Serve as the primary contact for all financial products, making outbound calls during slow periods to promote our offerings. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Work branch hours, including Saturdays. Act as a personal financial advocate, evaluating and meeting members\' needs. Maintain knowledge of all Credit Union products and services. Increase and retain product and service usage to meet goals. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to market and attract members. Develop relationships as a single point of contact, ensuring member satisfaction. Meet sales goals for services, deposits, loans, and memberships. Provide feedback to the Branch Manager on branch activities and needs. Offer meaningful feedback on Credit Union products and services. Use Integrity Selling skills to attract and retain members. Track sales activities in logs. Perform outbound sales and follow-up calls. Serve as a subject matter expert in consumer lending and deposit services. Accurately process loan applications and memberships. Perform necessary accounting and lending maintenance. Counsel members on Credit Union products and general financial matters. Resolve member complaints and inquiries. Process savings and loan payments, disburse advances, and document cash transactions. Balance cash drawer, ATM, CDM, and vault. Open and close the branch efficiently. Collaborate with team members. Complete all required education, training, and professional development. Adhere to CW Values, compliance, regulatory, and information protection requirements. Attend training and comply with CWCU policies and regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned.
