Job Overview ROLE CAN SIT AT ANY HQ WITH A STRONG PREFERENCE FOR FRISCO TX The Program Manager will be responsible for supporting the business licensing program within T-Mobile. This includes researching & adhering to jurisdictional requirements, submitting license applications, maintaining licensing lifecycle, and leading escalations from jurisdictions. This role requires cross channel teamwork between functions such as construction, legal, tax, and frontline facing support channels. A successful candidate will have experience with business licensing or other regulatory research roles in which they can navigate sophisticated requirements and clearly articulate the impacts to partners. Job Responsibilities: Research & enforce to jurisdictional requirements related to T-Mobile's Business Licensing requirements Analyze complex problems, understand T-Mobile's risks, and craft operational changes Build and maintain relationships with external and internal partners Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Education: Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Economics, Sales or related field (Preferred) Work Experience: 2-4 years Experience in organizational programs, project management or related area. (Required) 2-4 years Supervisory or program management experience, including cross-functional management. (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Budget Management (Required) Program Management (Required) Communication (Required) Microsoft Project (Required) Licenses and Certifications: * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Washington Pay Range: $83,600- $113,200 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
