The Home Health Caregiver is responsible for providing person care related services to clients in their homes, in accordance with an established care plan and federal, state and local guidelines.  *Openings available in Beavertown PA! *

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Personal Care
• Light Housekeeping
• Transportation/Errands
• Medication Reminders

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with access to reliable transportation
• Must possess excellent customer service skills, a flexible and cooperative attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Experience with direct patient care in an institutional or home care setting, preferred

• Operate in a self-directed manner with the ability to work with little supervision

   

Hours are:

               Tuesday 9a-11a

               Wednesday 9a-11a

               Thursday 9a-11a
