We are offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Manager in Cleveland, Oh. This role is centered around managing network infrastructure, cyber security, and the customized applications of our operations. You will be tasked with designing, developing, implementing, and coordinating systems, policies, and procedures for our Information Technology solutions and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage network infrastructure to ensure smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes.

• Oversee cyber security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.

• Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for system administration and appropriate use.

• Design and deploy company LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, hubs, switches, UPSs, and other hardware.

• Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.

• Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation.

• Establish service level agreements with end users.

• Manage and ensure the effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and intrusion detection systems.

• Oversee end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.

• Manage and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in an IT managerial role

• Proficiency in Cyber Security, Cyber security engineering, Cyber security policies, Cyber security standards, and Cyber security strategy is required

• Strong knowledge of Networking, Application administration, API Development, and Application Development is essential

• Experience with SQL and SQL Queries is needed

• Must have skills in Disaster Recovery, VB6, and Visual Basic .Net (VB.NET)

• Strong leadership and team management abilities are required

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
