This is an on-site position based out of the Batavia, IL branch

Key Responsibility Areas

DATA ENTRY

• Enter sample orders into supplier and Parksite systems

• Enter merchandising and samples leads into Salesforce

• Sales program fulfillment tracking

• Purchase and Sample Order Backup

  MARKETING & MERCHANDISING SUPPORT

• Printing of in-house literature for orders

• Show and Event material coordination and shipping

• Assist with pick, pack, and ship samples, literature, wearables, gifts and other items for corporate and business units

• Ensure orders are packaged properly and ready for daily pick up

• Process shipping labels

• Coordinate LTL shipments as needed

• Receive and put-away items

• Conduct physical inventory and regular cycle counts

• Assemble custom sample boxes and boards

• Maintain a clean, well-organized, safe working environment

• Other duties as assigned

  Required Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret documents and correspondence

• Data Entry

• Receiving and Inventory control experience

• Self-motivated

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Superior organizational and time management skills

• Working knowledge of ERP, FedEx Shipping, CRM, and Microsoft Office

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

  Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• 1 year or more data entry/shipping & receiving experience

  Physical Requirements:

• Warehouse and office environment

• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

• Drive a fork lift

• Pick, pack and ship up to 25 orders daily

• Orders Delivered without Damage

• Warehouse and inventory organization
