Design, implement, and maintain basic operational functionality and workflows via ServiceNow configurations and code customizations. Maintain infrastructure and integrations. Troubleshoot and debugs functionality and workflows. Ensure the security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability of the platform.Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs. Evaluate project feasibility and provide technical leadership to ensure the successful execution of projects. Formulate implementation plans and complete implementation, testing, and documentation for new functionality.Review programs and systems written by other team members and provide technical expertise and feedback.
