Work with IT Leadership to track and report on Infosys team projects. Compile data in a meaningful way that can be shared with the Infosys team and with UHD Leadership.Manages, develops, directs, and evaluates assigned projects utilizing accepted project management methodologies. Collaborates and consults with clients, project team members, stakeholders, and vendors. Develops project plans including project life cycle, resource requirements, change management processes, risk management, key milestones, communication mechanisms, test plans, and deliverables.Implements and recommends policies and procedures to ensure compliance of all applicable laws, University policies, rules, and regulations.Brings together team members to develop and ensure business requirements are clear and meets the departmental needs in line with UHD leadership strategic plan. Works with campus partners (ITS, Facilities) to ensure timely project delivery. Manages project implementation including emergent issues with emphasis on time schedule control to ensure all tasks are completed within established deadlines.Ensures timely and comprehensive communication of project status and impacts to business operations. Prepares detailed reports on project progress with clients to include project plans, barriers and solutions, and milestones.Participate in UHD Initiatives. Attend regularly scheduled meetings. Perform special projects and tasks. Perform other duties as assigned. Occasional after hours duties.
