Position Description :

The Oracle Analytics Consulting Practice for North America Cloud Engineering Services is chartered with helping customers successfully maximise their investment in Oracle software for maximum returns. We assist and guide our customers by developing data integration and analytic reporting strategies and solutions, creating implementation roadmaps, performing assessments, and full-life cycle implementations of Data Integration, Analytics, AI/ML, and Data Science solutions in the cloud and on-premises. We are looking for Director level consultant with significant hands-on experience with knowledge of related technologies. Join us!!

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer’s requirements and produce analytics and data integration solutions that meet their needs.

  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Data Integration, Analytics, AI/ML, and Data Science products and service offerings.

  • Building and completing repeatable cloud solutions.

  • Lead project delivery as a technical expert/lead.

  • Delivering hands-on cloud computing services.

  • Assist with creating new industry-focused solution innovations.

  • Building cloud native applications using modern development technologies.

  • Develop solutions that follow product development guidelines and are in-line with established design standards and approved architectures using Oracle technology.

  • Transfer product knowledge to customers to reinforce training and ensure adoption.

  • Resolve or raise client issues as appropriate to support and engineering teams.

  • Collaborate by sharing knowledge and standard methodologies within the practice.

  • Develop peer network through which to provide and receive product and skills assistance.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience relevant to this position including minimum 10 years of consulting experience.

  • Hand-on experience with mix of OBIEE/Oracle Analytics Cloud/Oracle Analytics Server, Data Warehouse, SQL, Oracle AI/ML, Oracle Data Science and Oracle Data Integrator including design, implementation and migrations (ideally with Oracle ADW).

  • Significant data warehouse experience, ideally with integration to/from Oracle applications.

  • Solid grasp of Oracle database, data modelling, data warehouse, data science, AI/ML and analytics implementation.

  • Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions around data.

  • In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and standard processes

  • Drive technology adoption by positioning Oracle Consulting services.

  • Knowledge of Oracle’s PaaS solutions.

  • Knowledge and experience of Oracle’s Data Integration solutions.

  • Knowledge of competitive & partner products, technology and solution.

  • Good communication skills. The ability to work in a collaborative and energetic environment with other technology and business disciplines.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.

  • U.S. Citizen.

  • Will require travel to client sites for projects up to 70% as necessary.

Desired Skill

  • Experience architecting cloud-based analytics, and data integration, and data warehouse solutions

  • Ability to write PL/SQL code

  • Able to perform complex problem solving and to work cross-functionally with Oracle Support and Product Management.

  • Programming and scripting languages including: Python, Pytorch, Scala, R, SQL and etc.

  • Solid understanding of data science concepts.

US: Hiring Range: from $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
