Facilitate learning of STEAM topics through experiential learning and discovery.Implement the daily camp schedule and guide activities with enthusiasm.Adapt lesson schedule as needed based on campers' engagement.Implement and enforce camp rules and regulations. Monitor safety, assess risk/hazards, and report issues to camp director.Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures of the Wildflower Center.Monitor and redirect campers behavior as needed. Report code of conduct infractions to camp director.Greet and engage with families and campers to provide meaningful and positive experiences.Escort campers to and from activities within the Wildflower Center.Maintain clean and organized camp environment and equipment.Collaborate and communicate with other camp staff about lessons and campers behavior.Other duties as assigned.
