Global small business customers are a key segment to attend, both in terms of their unique purchasing behavior and their impact in revenue. The Amazon Business (AB) Acquisition team is seeking a smart, creative, and self-directed Marketing Manager to drive global acquisition email campaign strategies and enable more small businesses to unlock the value of AB. In this role, you will drive marketing execution, while will also find ways to optimize through scale and continuous experimentation.
The Acquisition Marketing Manager will implement and execute global email campaigns across various geographies and languages. Our ideal candidate has technical expertise and demonstrated experience/success delivering results within the email marketing channel, with strong communication skills, while working cross-functionally across multiple teams. The right candidate also has a high degree of ownership, with a roll up your sleeves attitude, being comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment.

Key job responsibilities
Campaign Creation and Deployment: To develop, execute, and maintain high-impact multi-touch email campaigns that inspire consumers and drive business customers acquisition. They will work with tech and non-tech Managers to build programs, email assets and landing pages and usher them through translations to ensure the timely launch across marketplaces.
Maintain Email Campaign Health: The Email Marketing Manager will build and monitor reports across active email campaigns to ensure they are functioning properly and will deep dive into issues affecting program health.
Establish Email Best Practices and Drive Channel Consistency: The Email Marketing Manager will have visibility across all email programs and will work to drive best practices and consistency within the team. Additionally, this role will also serve as the liaison with Amazon Business central Email Marketing Team to ensure alignment with Amazon-wide standards and best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborates with local marketing Managers, the Email Marketing Team, and other internal stakeholders to create customer obsessed experiences for Amazon Business customers.
Develop and optimize a rapid experimentation plan. Test and refine new approaches to reach and engage key prospect audiences.
Work at both the strategic and tactical level to champion bold, creative ideas.

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Knowledge of analytical reporting tools (ie Excel, Tableau)

Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Deep technical knowledge of email best practices and A/B testing methodologies. Including strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or jQuery email development skillset. SQL knowledge for data analysis, as a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
