VWR INTERNATIONAL, LLC Cleanroom Technician in Aurora, Ohio

The Opportunity: Avantor, a Global Fortune 500 company is looking for a dedicated Cleanroom Technician to optimize our Manufacturing Operations organization. This Aurora, OH, role is full-time, on- site- third shift (11PM- 730 AM). If you have maintenance or related experience - let's talk! Minimum Education Requirement: High School or equivalent (GED) Required Experience (1+ year): Building, cleaning, and packaging single-use assemblies per Engineering Process Records (EPR), drawings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE's) and reporting all near miss and first aid events. Maintaining daily organization (6S) and cleanliness of work area and common areas. Assisting with inventory accuracy by properly returning unused parts and components to stock in sealed bags with part number and lot traceability. Meeting internal manufacturing schedules, which drive on-time delivery. Completing assemblies within the allotted time stated on the work order. Lifting 50 lbs. minimum Collaboration Tools (IE: Microsoft Office) Preferred Experience: Following cleanroom protocols and cGMPs in order to maintain ISO Class 7 environment. Improvement process and following appropriate change control procedures. Escalating potential process and/or product deviations to prevent scrap, rework, and customer returns. Participating and working within ISO 9001:2015 quality standards guidelines in all manufacturing areas in accordance with company quality goals. Completing/sign-off of EPRs for each operation completed during the assembly. Working in a cleanroom environment Interpreting engineering drawings Lean manufacturing Following site protocols, policies and procedures Problem-solving Towmotor / forklift experience Performs other duties as assigned.
