Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide administrative support, including preparing quotes, proposals, and sales contracts. Act as a liaison between sales representatives and clients to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of inquiries.

  2. Estimating: Utilize your estimating expertise to accurately assess project requirements and provide detailed cost estimates. Analyze project specifications, materials, labor costs, and other factors to deliver competitive and realistic estimates that align with client expectations.

  3. Database Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and project estimates using our CRM system. Track sales pipelines, monitor project statuses, and generate reports to provide valuable insights for decision-making.

  4. Coordination: Coordinate with various internal departments, including production, procurement, and finance, to ensure smooth project execution. Facilitate communication and collaboration to streamline processes and meet project deadlines.

  5. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the sales and estimating workflows. Proactively suggest and implement solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales administration and estimating, preferably in a related industry.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and procedures, with the ability to support a high-performing sales team.

  • Proficiency in estimating techniques and software, with a demonstrated ability to produce accurate and reliable estimates.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
