VCA Aurora Animal Hospital’s Primary Care team invites you to be our newest Patient Care Coordinator !

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be supporting our Primary Care Doctors and Technicians by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients.

Duties will include:

• Heavy client contact, including in-depth client education. Including presenting and explaining treatment plans and discharging patients to clients.

• Coordinate patient-care services.

• Accurately entering charges.

• Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services.

• Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.

Schedule : Full-time opportunity. We utilize 5 x 8-hour shifts.

Requirements:

• One year or more of experience in medical documentation or one year or more of experience in veterinary medicine.

• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is a mandatory requirement for this position. Candidates must be able to communicate in both languages effectively.
