What You'll Do:

  • Serving as team leader for reconditioning.

  • Determining work procedures, preparing work schedules, assigning duties and monitoring work for accuracy and conformity with policies/procedures.

  • Working with individual technicians as required to assess specific vehicles and determine detailing, painting, repair and other requirements.

  • Providing technical advice and coaching.

  • Monitoring performance to ensure vehicles meet quality standards and customer expectations.

  • Reviewing and approving ordering and disposition of parts, supplies and materials.

  • Modeling safety behaviors and ensures technicians comply with all health, safety and environment requirements.

  • Addressing and resolving issues escalated from technicians or customers.

  • Monitoring workflow processes and developing areas for improvement.

Who You Are:

You've got an eye for detail and a knack for checking and cross-checking your own work as well as others'. You're decisive, respectful, and fair. You also have the following qualifications:

Minimum:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.

Preferred:

  • A high school diploma or its equivalent.
