About the Team

As a potential job applicant for a role in our Professional Services Team at Nutanix, you will report to the Global PM Practice Leader who is also the Sr. Manager for AMER. At Nutanix, we embrace a flexible work setup, and this role offers the opportunity to work remotely. While the position is primarily remote, there may be occasional requirements to visit the office for meetings or team-building activities, further fostering a sense of connection within the team.

Travel is an integral part of the Professional Services Team role at Nutanix, with up to 30% travel required. This aspect of the job offers the opportunity to engage directly with clients, deliver solutions on-site, and build strong relationships to drive successful project outcomes.Embracing travel as a key component of the role is essential for ensuring that our team maintains a global perspective and continues to deliver exceptional service to clients worldwide.

Your Role

  • Manage complex customer transformation and migration projects

  • Define program success criteria and objectives

  • Collaborate with senior customer and NTNX services leaders

  • Coordinate and drive sub projects and work streams

  • Develop detailed project plans and track progress

  • Manage program scope, schedule, changes, and costs

  • Anticipate and proactively resolve program challenges

  • Measure and track program performance

  • Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication

  • Forecast program revenue and maintain documentation

  • Elevate PM efficiency and foster client relationships

  • Ensure world-class project delivery and customer satisfaction

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum 8 years of industry experience

  • Experience managing complex projects

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Ability to align deliverables to business objectives

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven problem-solving ability

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and project planning tools

  • PMP certification required

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 146,880 and USD $ 293,880 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
