Inspire Brands Transformation Director in Atlanta, Georgia

The Transformation Director is a critical role within Inspire’s Commercial organization (Data & Analytics, Demand Generation, Digital, Customer Marketing, Product, Communications). The position will be responsible for driving growth and process improvements across Commercial – ultimately, serving as the change management and communication hub for the function. Lead the portfolio management function, focused on prioritization, business planning, and tracking value delivery. Critical to establish influence, trust and strong business relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders enabling the Transformation team to drive the velocity of business processes and cross-functional collaboration. High exposure role with immediate impact to the organization and overall performance of the team.

This position sits within our Atlanta Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrate leadership in driving Inspire’s strategic planning; aid in defining, coordinating, prioritizing, and facilitating strategic objectives across Inspire as we deliver upon our vision.

  • Coordinate roadmaps within the Commercial Group and across functions.

  • Partner with cross-functional partners in driving alignment, prioritization, coordination/interdependencies, resources, and identifying risks of Commercial activities.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables for strategic initiatives.

  • Facilitate development and innovate solutions for transformation program strategy, governance, communications, and ways of working across Commercial/Brands.

  • Identify, analyze, and evaluate existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Develop executive-level documents and manage leadership and operating committee discussions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-year Degree required.

  • 6+ years of experience in a strategic role at a large consumer brand, technology company, or a top-tier consulting firm with focus on technology or consumer.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES

  • Strong organizational and project management skills in cross-functional environments.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills will ability to communicate – verbal, written, and presentation skills – at all levels, across multiple functions, and drive participation and collaboration. Demonstrated ability to work with key executives and stakeholders to solve and drive business outcomes.

  • Experience in business model or process improvements, with an understanding of digital ways of working preferred.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Excellent organizational abilities, including managing complex priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently. A self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and drives them forward without constant supervision.

  • Enjoys seeing the impact of work in the organization, is highly motivated, and is comfortable with ambiguity.

  • Thrives working in a fast-paced, constantly iterating environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key traits for success in this role.
