Inspire Brands Training Development Associate Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

The Training Development Associate Manager is responsible for analyzing all training, operational, reporting programs to create best-in-class training programs, development programs, and go-to-market activation programs for the SONIC system. This position develops, maintains, and analyzes eLearning and Help Desk reports and documents all training processes for internal and external training needs. This position also creates training documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Training Functionality

  • Ensure functionality of all training programs including online modules and Instructor-Led Training Classes. Develop and implement processes to ensure consistency across operational materials and training materials.

Training Analytics, Reporting & Administration

  • Analyze ROI of all training programs including Dr Pepper SONIC Games and Coca-Cola CREW Challenge.

  • Create and analyze training engagement metrics and reporting to ensure end user adoption and participation. Provide recommendations and solutions to increase user experience and engagement.

  • Configure and maintain Learning Management System (LMS) learning paths for different user groups and manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels. Test training assets as needed, troubleshoot, and implement solutions to ensure an optimal user experience.

Training Development and Implementation

  • Document and implement training processes and develop supporting training materials for internal and external users, including the Help Desk, Franchisees, Franchise Business Consultants, Area Supervisors, General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Shift Managers, and Drive-in Team Members. Conduct virtual and in person training sessions as needed.

Project Support

  • Represent the SONIC brand to support Inspire Brands learning technology initiatives and projects.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 4-year degree in Instructional Design or 2+ years of experience in LMS Administration or Help Desk support.

  • 2-4 years of experience in LMS Administration or Help Desk support.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

  • Comprehensive understanding of learning management systems and integrations, digital learning assets, and reporting.

  • Relevant experience in LMS administration and/or help desk; experience with Cornerstone a plus.

  • Up-to-date with the latest learning technology trends.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Outstanding project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a focused and effective manner; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Self-started able to work independently as well as on a team

  • Demonstrated experience identifying needs, developing action plans, identifying deliverables, and presenting results/recommendations.

  • Experience in the quick service restaurant industry
