Humana Strategy Advancement Advisor in Atlanta, Georgia

We are looking for an experienced candidate to drive our Clinical Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy focused on identifying, scoping, sizing, and prioritizing AI use cases. The ideal candidate will have a background in technology strategy, financial analysis, health plan operations, and a deep understanding of AI technologies. As an Strategy Advancement Advisor, you will help drive our go forward strategy, which will significantly impact our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with stakeholders to identify use cases for how AI technology can transform their business operations

  • Scope use cases to understand organizational impact of technology quantifying financial and non-financial impact

  • Partner with product and technology teams to assess high-level costs of technology solutions

  • Partner with enterprise teams to gain alignment on prioritization of use cases-assessing current capacity of existing teams and understanding incremental investment needed to take on additional work

  • Evaluate the AI vendor landscape understanding key differentiating capabilities and recommending partnerships

  • Track impact of the Clinical AI portfolio

  • Communicate recommendations and insights on AI portfolio to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Drive best practices related to tracking of efficiencies and impact of technology solutions

  • Facilitate discovery workshop with cross-functional operational teams to identify and refine use cases

Use your skills to make an impact

Required Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of experience in roles related to technology strategy

  • 4 years of experience conducting technology vendor analyses

  • 4 years of experience in building financial analyses and forecasts

  • Proven track record in leading technology strategies initiatives and showing the ability to navigate organizations through complex transformations

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a collaborative relationship with stakeholders at various organizational levels

  • Track record of setting and achieving performance metrics and KPIs, with a focus on delivering tangible and measurable results

  • Fundamental understanding of AI technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in healthcare and clinical settings

  • Master's Degree

  • Management consulting experience

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$112,400 - $154,900 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
