Salesforce Chief Technical Architect

Title: Salesforce Chief Technical Architect

Location: Atlanta, GA / Chicago, IL / Jersey City, NJ / Charlotte, NC / Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred.

  • Responsible for leading the technical strategy innovation and implementation of Salesforce solutions

  • This role will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Salesforce technologies ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing the value of our Salesforce investment for financial services customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert level understanding of various components of the Salesforce product suite such as Sales Service Community Marketing and App Clouds Expertise and experience with FSC including configuration of the FSC Platform

  • Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce com platform.

  • Lead technical design sessions architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives identify gaps between client s current and desired end states.

  • Manage the technical delivery of custom development integrations and data migration elements of a Salesforce com implementation.

  • Technical Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive technical strategy for Salesforce platform encompassing architecture design development integration and maintenance.

  • Solution Architecture: Design scalable and flexible Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, ensure security, and adhere to best practices for platform optimization.

  • Platform Optimization: Continuously optimize the Salesforce platform to improve performance usability and user experience Innovation.

  • Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging Salesforce technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to the Salesforce technical team fostering a culture of collaboration excellence and continuous learning.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders including business leaders IT teams and external partners to understand requirements prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Establish and enforce governance policies standards and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field Extensive experience 12 - 15 years in Salesforce platform development implementation and administration

  • Proven track record of successfully leading large scale Salesforce initiatives from concept to delivery.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture capabilities and ecosystem including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect CTA Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred.

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that drive business value.
