Capgemini React Native - Mobile Architect in Atlanta, Georgia

Job Description

As an Architect in our engineering team, you'll have a key role in shaping the future of our Technology and Application (Mob/Web). Your responsibilities include designing and improving large-scale, high-traffic applications, implementing modern technologies, and ensuring optimal user experiences. You'll be a technical leader, collaborating with various teams and providing solutions to complex technical challenges, requiring a deep understanding of software engineering concepts and a commitment to innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on and Enhance multi-brand mobile / web architecture solutions that meet customer requirements.

  • Design Document and maintain mobile architectures.

  • Design, develop, and deliver mobile/web solutions that conform to industry standards and best practices.

  • Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure solutions are delivered according to customer needs and within budget.

  • Research and evaluate new and emerging mobile architectures and technologies.

  • Identify and resolve mobile/web development issues.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to other teams.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.

  • Monitor and adjust mobile/web solutions as needed to ensure performance and satisfaction.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 12 to 15 years of experience in Mobile/Web architecture and development

  • Strong knowledge of Mobile/Web architectures and technologies - React, JavaScript

  • Understanding of domains - QSR, Retail, E-Commerce

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with project management and Agile methodologies

  • Have practical technical leadership skills.

  • Collaborate effectively with diverse team members

  • Identify and suggest solutions for potential technical or business issues within the organization.

  • Possess a well-rounded set of behavioral abilities such as decision-making, risk management, problem-solving, communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and issue anticipation, which are crucial for guiding product and teams to success.
