Peachford Hospital, a leader in behavioral health and addictive disease treatment for over 50 years, is searching for an experienced Family Therapist to join Social Services team.

What Role Will You Play?

Family Therapists at Peachford p rovide individual, group and family solutions-focused interventions using appropriate therapeutic techniques and models.

What Will You Get To Do?

Family Therapist are responsible for completing the following duties and tasks:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to gain insight on patient history and identify preliminary issues for treatment focus by interviewing the patient and his/her family members.

• Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans, ensuring that concise, realistic care plans are maintained and carried out.

• Conduct family sessions with patients and identified family/friends/relationships to prepare patient for success after discharge.

  What Does Peachford Require for this Role?

  Peachford is searching for candidates with at least one year of counseling experience. An associate or full license for marriage and family therapy, professional counselor or social worker (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.

  Qualifications

  What Does Peachford Require for this Role?

  Peachford is searching for candidates with at least one year of counseling experience. While a license-eligible master’s degree is required, an associate or full license for marriage and family therapy, professional counselor or social worker (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is highly preferred.
