M.C Dean is seeking Electrical Apprentices in the Atlanta, GA area! As an apprentice with us, you'll work full-time at M.C Dean while attending apprenticeship school two nights per week. Upon completion of the four-year program, you'll receive your Journeyman's Electrician license. As an Electrician Apprentice, you'll assist in installing electrical equipment according to plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.

Some of your duties will include assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, conduit, cable, equipment, components, and devices associated with electrical equipment, and mounting electronic controls, device, panels, sensors, and components.

This position comes with:

• A starting hourly pay of $20/hr. This hourly number will increase regularly as you hit milestones within your apprenticeship program.

• 2 weeks of PTO per year + 9 observed holidays

• Benefit eligibility after 60 days of employment

• Medical benefits are covered completely for the employee in the state of Virginia, Georgia + several others, Aetna dental insurance, and vision insurance are also offered at a low cost

Qualifications/Skill Sets Required:

• High School diploma or GED required 0-6 months of experience.

• Reliable Transportation

• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test

• Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record.

• Vocational school or education training is a plus.

• Interview with hiring manager

• Offer, then begin onboarding process of initiating background check & scheduling drug test

• Attending orientation.
