The DTC Account Analyst is responsible for analysis and reporting of the availability of inventory for future stores. The Analyst also monitors supply chain performance to report metrics for existing stores and the website, including special events and high-visibility promotions.

This role typical reports into the Order Management & Logistics Manager and is based in our Buckhead office in our hybrid work environment

60%: Analysis and Reporting

Analyze current order flow for all Retail new stores including order receipt timing, monitoring DC processing completion, inventory movement constraints and promotional considerations providing recommendations regarding successful store opening dates and required style changes

Provide timely updates to all partners regarding store fulfillment to drive successful opening. Manage details with Allocations, DC, Retail inventory and Transportation teams. Monitor progress and next steps with all partners.

Actively manage flow of information and own daily decisions needed for accurate order management

30% Reporting and communication

Produce reporting that informs the business and supply chain partners about critical issues and confirms status of regular processing

Utilize reporting tools to generate reports to monitor and track logistical movement of product to final destination, analyzing and proactively communicating variances to supply chain partners and external customers

Actively lead or participate in meetings with VP’s and other leaders, able to answer detailed questions, guide conversation and push for issue resolution

Manage communication of supply chain interruptions, collaborating with Operations and Planning teams to determine optimal approach. Ensure appropriate flow of information to partners. Execute required order revisions.

Manage order file and proactively review all demand coverage issues to find problems in advance of order execution phase

10% Ad hoc

Understand all supply chain and systemic actions affecting order configuration. Review order configuration and manage changes needed through retail buying team, IT or OMS user interface. Provide confirmation of order configuration, date and quantity accuracy.

Troubleshoot/resolve order transmission errors with IT and Retail teams to ensure timely system availability of demand requirements

Ensure order processing to meet customer demand, accounting for lead times based on location and volume requirements

Research exceptions and provide delivery confirmation and tracking info for stores as requested.

Maintain appropriate systemic configuration to ensure inventory visibility and availability.

Analyze inventory and order coverage to provide recommendations and produce reports that allow for expedited shipments of future product to stores to support increased sales.

Must have:

Strong analytical skills with proven ability to leverage data to improve supply chain operations

Intermediate Excel skills

Demonstrated advanced problem-solving skills

Preferred skills and experience:

Ability to work independently and function in team environment

Identifying and solving issues and execute solutions

Build strong cross functional business partnerships & relationships

Create and communicate new reports and processes to improve existing workflow and error proof execution of daily tasks; ensure adequate SOP creation and process documentation.

Proactively identify and implements process improvements to generate additional revenue and reduce non-value add work

Analyze existing processes using automation where possible and revise workflow to capture economies of scale

Create ad-hoc reports and perform data analysis, offering insights to business problems and participating in resolution with cross functional partners

Understand, research and explain supply chain process impacts on metric performance variances.

Participate in Order Management Systems upgrade/revisions, BI changes, Transportation and DC network expansion projects as well as other projects that enhance service to end customer. Includes designing test cases, monitoring information flow and updating partners as necessary.
