Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Atlanta, Georgia

Description We are in search of a dedicated Customer Operations Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role offers a contract employment opportunity and involves providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate customer credit records in the telecom industry. This position will be a hybrid role, with part of the work being performed in office and part from home.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications ensuring accuracy.

• Maintain up-to-date customer credit records.

• Handle customer credit inquiries and provide relevant solutions.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary actions to collect overdue payments.

• Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers, addressing their queries and concerns.

• Provide excellent customer service in all interactions.

• Execute data entry tasks and maintain the order entry system.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various functions.

• Schedule appointments as required.

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.

• Demonstrated ability in providing exceptional customer service, including the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.

• Strong data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with email correspondence, including drafting detail oriented responses and managing high-volume inboxes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, including creating spreadsheets, entering data, and drafting documents.

• Previous experience with order entry, including recording customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Ability to schedule appointments, including coordinating schedules and managing multiple appointments concurrently.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey information to customers.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
