Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations, Inc. Client Services Manager (Hybrid) - PINKERTONR5122 in Atlanta, Georgia

The Client Services Manager focuses on their assigned geographical region, helping manage the client experience and journey with Pinkerton. The manager will provide optimal client relationship experiences, business acumen, operational excellence, and administrative oversight. This position will have a hybrid work schedule (remote/client locations).

Essential Functions:

Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. Collaborate closely with designated regional relationship managers to deliver the highest level of corporate risk management services to Pinkerton's clients. Cultivate strong client relationships by assessing ongoing service and administrative needs and effectively collaborating with the relationship manager team to ensure they are delivered. Ensure service delivery adheres to Pinkerton's Delivery Standards, emphasizing promptness and professionalism. Coordinate client assignments with Pinkerton's service delivery functions as needed. Responsively manages client inquiries and concerns, leveraging expertise to resolve them successfully. Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews as required. Assist the relationship management team with research for proposal requests (RFP) as needed. Stay informed about industry trends and client-centric challenges to optimize service delivery strategies. All other duties, as assigned. Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree is preferred, with prior experience in Business-to-Business customer-facing roles or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the job's essential functions, as determined by the company.
