Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst I-CCBSSC in Atlanta, GA United States. In this role, you will be tasked with analyzing business processes, systems, identifying inefficiencies, and documenting procedures. The successful candidate will also be required to track key performance indicators and participate in the development of new products and programs.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and systems, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.

• Participate in the development of new products and programs, leading process design and redesign activities.

• Track and manage key performance indicators to monitor the effectiveness of business operations.

• Conduct feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses to support planning initiatives and new systems design.

• Prepare test scenarios, cases, and schedules to validate system functionality and reliability.

• Document and manage functional requirements to ensure business needs are accurately captured and addressed.

• Create, extract, and modify ad-hoc and standardized reports based on financial and operational data.

• Develop a thorough understanding of data sources, data relationships, and data management methods.

• Participate in Change Management activities, identifying impacts and facilitating necessary adjustments.

• Support company activities through the effective use of various software and tools, such as SAP Fieldglass and EO/IR systems.

Requirements • Demonstrated ability in planning and executing business strategies.

• Proficiency in developing and implementing procedures to optimize business operations.

• Familiarity with Workstation Support and Business Process Functions.

• Capability to perform ad hoc financial analyses as required.

• Experience in KPI Reporting and Change Management.

• Ability to identify and rectify inefficiencies in business processes.

• Proficiency in creating and executing test scenarios for business solutions.

• Experience in conducting feasibility studies to evaluate viability of business projects.

• Knowledge of SAP Fieldglass and its application in business operations.

• Ability to create standardized reports for business decision-making.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems and their application in business operations.

• Experience in QA Management and process design.

• Proficiency in handling operational data and applying design controls in business processes.
